1. Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders throughout the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

2. Service Area

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping through klaravenn.com.

3. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days from the moment of purchase.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. The carrier is selected based on your location and the specific items in your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or on our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us at contact@klaravenn.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us immediately for assistance.

 

8. Missing Items

If you receive your package and items are missing, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if necessary.
