At Klara Venn, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Free Returns & Pre-paid Labels

We offer Free Returns for all customers within the United States. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email once your return request is approved. You will not have to pay for return shipping.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@klaravenn.com with your Order Number (e.g., #KV1001).

  2. State the reason for the return and attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Wrong Products or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@klaravenn.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products).
